    Executive Summary

    Mr. Avijit Faujdar has undergone his legal education from renowned National Law Schools’ in India.

    The qualifications from the premier law schools in the country have provided him with opportunities to witness legal pedagogy, research as being successfully practiced and implemented in law schools’ and also bestowed a rich exposure to bring the same to his classroom teaching.

    The quest to delve in the grey areas of “Business Law” led him to pursue the Master in Laws [LL.M. (Business Law)] from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore after receiving the Bachelor of Laws [B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)] qualification from the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal.

    Mr. Avijit has participated in various conferences, workshops and have pursued short-term courses to enhance his knowledge. Also, he had been actively involved in different positions of responsibilities in these institutions.

    Mr. Avijit, in the past has been attached with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, where he pursued interdisciplinary research and worked on the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) sponsored “Future of Cities” project.

    Mr. Avijit has won several prizes in sports fests, particularly in “Chess” events, which he still manages to follow and play in his leisure time.
